1968

1968 On the eve of the take-off of Taiwan's economy, the founder of the group, Mr. Wanhe Wei , founded a machinery factory in his hometown and focused on processing plastic machinery

1970

The equipments started to manufacture in 1970 and entered the international market.

1977~1985

From 1977 to 1985, the PVC and wall paper printing machine were sold worldwide and  our brand became famous and well-known.

1985

From limited company to shares corporation company and produced new type equipment of  Calender in 1985.

1995

In 1995, Shanghai Forward Machinery Co., Ltd. was established, and production started in June 1997.

1999

1999 Shanghai Forward was the first machinery factory to obtain IS0 9000 (2000 version) certification

2000

In 2000, it was successfully integrated into a group company. Established Exalt Technology Co., Ltd., which has gradually grown from the processing industry.

2000-2005

From 2000 to 2005, the Group formed a strategic alliance with well-known German manufacturers.They were SOMATEC & ENTEX Rust & IRLE, etc.

2001

2001 Manufactured the world's first 4-meter PVC tape machine, which has a leading position in the industry.

In 2001 Established Everwheel Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., ODM production equipment and precision parts processing. In the same year, Juji Automatic Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established to engage in industrial automation system control projects and the manufacture of low-voltage electrical cabinets.

2004

In 2004, the SY-4F4000 calender was rated as a key new product in Shanghai.In April 2005, it obtained the national key new product certificate.

2004-2009

From 2004 to 2009, he won a number of patent awards such as inventions and new models, and was certified as a "high-tech enterprise" by Shanghai.

2005

In 2005, the EXALT Group stepped into the optoelectronic equipment industry, successfully developed and manufactured precision coating machine micro-embossing equipment, which is widely used in laser films and optical films. In the same year, it won the "New Award" issued by the Small and Medium Business Administration of the Ministry of Economy; In the field of optical coating machines, we also manufacture top equipment.

2011

In 2011, it signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Japan's Sumitomo.

In 2011, invested in Xiangtan Gaofeng Precision Technology Co., Ltd. to support the group in assembling machinery and engaging in precision processing of rail transportation and wind power industries; in 2017, it increased investment and wholly-owned.

2012

In 2012, Shandong EXALT Machinery Co., Ltd. was established, " EXALT" series of industrial machinery; "FORWARD" plastic calendering production line and related auxiliary machines; "Double Butterfly DBF" composite material products and heat insulation and anticorrosive materials.
