Group Glory History

1968

Right before Taiwan's economy took off, the group's founder, Mr. Wei Wan-he, seized an opportunity to establish a machinery factory in his hometown, specializing in the manufacture of plastic machinery parts.

1970

The company began producing equipment, entering international market, gradually building up a reputation and becoming an internationally renowned brand.

1977~1985

PVC and wall paper printing machine were sold worldwide and our brand became famous and well-known.

1985

We transitioned from limited company to shares corporation company and produced new type equipment of Calender.

1995

Shanghai Forward Machinery Co., Ltd. was established and started production in June, 1997.

1999

Shanghai Forward was the first machinery factory to obtain IS0 9000 (2000).

2000

We successfully merged as a corporate group, and established Exalt Technology Co., Ltd., working one step at a time to grow gradually from an OEM factory to a leading corporation in calender machine manufacture worldwide.

2000-2005

Exalt Group built strategic alliance with German companies, such as SOMATEC, ENTEX Rust, Karl Buch, and IRLE.

2001

We manufactured the first-ever 4-meter calender machine, achieving a leading position among the profession.

2001

Everwheel Machinery (Shanghai) Co. was established, manufacturing parts and equipments for ODMs. Hongji Automatic (Shanghai) Co. was established in the same year, producing industrial automation system control projects and low-voltage electrical cabinets.

2004

SY-4F4000 calender was rated as a key new product of Shanghai. In April, 2005, we obtained National Key Product Certificate.

2004-2009

A number of our inventions won patent awards; we were certified as a "High-Tech Enterprise" in Shanghai.

2005

Exalt Group crossed over to the optorelectronic equipment industry, and successfully developed UV precision coating machinery and micro embossing equipment with wide applications in holographic film and optical film. In the same year, Exalt Group was also presented with the Innovation Award from the MOEA's Small and Medium Enterprise Administration. We manufacture top-end equipment for the optoelectronic field.

2011

We signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Sumitomo, Japan.

2011

We iinvested in Xiangtan Gofang Precision Technology Co., Ltd. to support our group in assembling machinery and engaging in precision processing of rail transportation and wind power industries; in 2017, we increased investment and became wholly-owned subsidiary.

2012

Shandong EXALT Machinery Co., Ltd. was established. "EXALT" series of industrial machinery; "Shanghai Forward" calendering production line and related auxiliary machinery; "DBF" laminated materials and thermal insulation anticorrosive materials.
